Expect more than 110 lbs. of meat from 1/4 beef and more than 220 lbs. from 1/2 beef. See picture above for an estimate of what is in a QUARTER beef, double for a half beef.

Freezer Beef
- We are licensed by the state of Kansas and our processor is KS Dept of Ag Inspected. Our beef is custom-cut to your specifications and packaged in vacuum-sealed packaging at the KS Dept of Ag Inspected processor for ultimate freshness.
- Orders shipped to or picked up within the State of Kansas are subject to sales tax, by law. We reserve the right to correct an order that is required to, but did not pay sales tax and charge the additional amount required.
- Our product is perishable and MUST be kept frozen until ready to prepare therefore we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges. All Sales are Final. We will guarrentee your satisfaction.

Price of Beef includes processing. Beef can be delivered for an additional $25 delivery charge or can be picked up at our ranch at no additional charge. Delivery will happen at a set date and time at a designated location within our delivery area within 2 weeks of processing. Current delivery areas include Joplin, MO, Kansas City, KS, Kansas City, MO, Topeka, KS, Tulsa, OK, and Wichita, KS. You will be contacted ahead of time with this information. Beef is seasonal and takes time to grow but the NEXT anticipated delivery date is mid-March 2025.
